Queequeg Quickie

Start time: 3pm (note: we're leaving the store at 3:10)
Start: 911 E Pine Street
Finish: 400 N 35th Street
Distance: 5 miles

Queequeg likes his runs scenic, gently sloped, and around boats. This route's a fairly straight shot as the harpoon flies, from Fleet Feet Seattle on Capitol Hill to Brouwer's Cafe in Fremont, almost entirely along the water. We're staging the aid station on a boat at Lake Union Park, home to the Center for Wooden Boats and the Museum of History and Industry (MOHAI).

Aid Station - The Glass Slipper

Take a quick breather on The Glass Slipper, a floating glass room tripling as a hydration station, snack bar, and reading venue.

Grab a GU and stay for a few poems from the likes of:
Many thanks to Lake Union Charters & Adventures for donating use of the boat for the event.
